Fibonacci Channel Indicator

Fibonacci Channel Indicator for MT5

The Fibonacci Channel Indicator is one of those tools that looks almost too simple at first. Just a few horizontal levels on the chart. But spend some time watching how price behaves around them, and things get interesting. A move that looks strong can suddenly stall. A level that seemed unimportant in the morning becomes the one price keeps coming back to. The indicator works with the previous day's high, low, and close to calculate Fibonacci-based support and resistance levels. Nothing complicated to set up, and no need to keep drawing new lines. What I find particularly useful is watching how price approaches these levels. Does it slow down? Break through without hesitation? Or briefly cross a level before slipping straight back? Those little differences are worth paying attention to. Of course, not every Fibonacci level will produce a reaction. Some days, price barely acknowledges them. But that's trading. The idea isn't to catch every reversal or breakout. It's to have a few well-defined areas on the chart where you can slow down, watch what happens, and make a more informed decision.
