Sylvain Vervoort RSI Inverse Fisher Transform

The Sylvain Vervoort RSI Inverse Fisher Transform Indicator is one of those tools that looks fairly simple until you watch it during a strong move. It is based on RSI, but the inverse Fisher transformation changes the way momentum is displayed and makes stronger readings much more pronounced. I would not use it just to wait for the line to hit an overbought or oversold level. What is more interesting is what happens after that. If the oscillator stays pinned near an extreme, momentum is clearly behaving differently than when it immediately starts falling back toward the center. That small difference can be easy to miss with a normal RSI. Here it is much more visible. The indicator does not reinvent momentum analysis, but it gives the familiar RSI concept a sharper character that can make certain changes easier to notice.
